This patient was unable to walk when he came to the hospital. He could not do any basic things like going to the restroom by himself or taking a shower. He was a very high-risk patient reason why no one wanted to do surgery on him. We hospitalized him for a month to have him on a strict diet to lose as much weight as possible before surgery. When we first met him he weighed 660 pounds. Today he is down to 260 pounds, he can walk, he even comes to visit us riding his bike. This picture was 3 months after his surgery. He is now scheduled for plastic surgery. We will be posting the new pictures soon!
